Our warranty plans offer one hour, six-hour or next-day response support options. We also provide remote support services, whereby we access your computer system 'remotely' from our own computers to resolve less problematic issues, configuration problems, updates, patches, warning errors and similar, that can be fixed without an on-site visit.

Affordable PC Solutions are a Netgear registered company and only use Netgear products: Routers, Fibre-ready Routers and Network switches 5, 8, 16, 32 ports.
On small networks (e.g.3 computers) we recommend using a NAS Drive (Network Assisted Storage). All staff members have access to information at the same time one computer fails it isn't a problem, as all files are safely stored on your NAS Drive – it's like a 'mini' server.
