Being a home service serves two purposes: Firstly, working from offices keeps our overheads down, therefore passing the savings on to our customers making our service Affordable. Secondly, home service means we provide a more personal service taking the worry out of disconnecting cables, setting up Wireless Broadband and many other areas to do with home computing you may be worried about.

Do we undertake Repairs and Upgrades? Yes. We also build and sell new computers, all carrying a standard 12 months guarantee. also, our Policy is to provide Windows® Genuine software discs, we are just one of a very few companies who employ this policy, normally companies supply their customers with reload / backup discs. We don't.
Repairs and upgrades are also fully guaranteed with all components installed by us carrying the same standard 12 months guarantee.
All computers are warranty sealed following work carried out.What is covered in our fees? Our initial fee covers the first hour working at your home, following this we DO NOT operate on an hourly rate like most companies. Our policy is to complete a full diagnosis and determine the fault.
If any work or components are required to correct the fault/problem, we will then give you "the customer" a fixed price which will include everything.Upon giving you this quote you then decide if Affordable Pc Solutions proceed and resolve the fault/problem.

Do we have Service Support? Yes. We have service support plans to suit home, and business users alike... giving you 12 months or 5 Service Support calls whichever comes first. |
