Please note: All our computers carrying a standard 12 months guarantee. also, our Policy is to provide Genuine Windows® Software discs. We are just one of a very select few companies who employ this policy, normally companies supply their customers with reload discs-We don't.
Repairs and Upgrades - YES. Repairs and upgrades are also fully guaranteed with all components installed by us carrying the same standard 12 months guarantee. All computers are warranty sealed following work carried out.

Our fees Our initial fee covers the first hour working at your home, following this we DO NOT operate on an hourly rate like most companies. Our policy is to complete a full diagnosis and determine the fault.
If any work or components are required to correct the fault/problem, we will then give you "the customer" a fixed price which will include everything.Upon giving you this quote you then decide if Affordable Pc Solutions proceed and resolve the fault/problem.
