All sales and purchases are done by purchase order forms which are filled
in by one of our sales staff when you arrange for us to call and see you,
this way we always make sure what you order is correct and signed for accompanied by your deposit.
All orders for goods accepted by Affordable Pc Solutions. ("The Vendor")
are accepted subject to the following conditions which shall form part and
govern the contract of sale. Acceptance of goods shall be deemed to be acceptance
of these conditions of sale. Any term sought to be imposed by a purchaser either
in a document or otherwise that conflicts with or adds to these conditions is not accepted.
No agent or representative of the vendor has authority to vary these conditions
unless accepted in writing by a director of Affordable Pc Solutions.
These terms and conditions form the basis on which you can visit and use our website.

Acceptance of your order and the creation of a legally binding contract between you
(the customer) and us, (Affordable Pc Solutions Ltd) will only occur when a purchase order form
has been filled in and signed by both parties; you (the customer) and us, (Affordable Pc Solutions)
this will confirm your order along with your deposit and contain details of how we will deliver your products.
You can cancel your order at any time either before or up to seven days after delivery and any deposits refunded.
Your products must be complete, unused and in 'as new' condition
(e.g. if you have opened the box to examine the product you must have
done so without damaging or marking the product in anyway).
It should be returned with the original box, packaging and accessories.
DVDs, CDs, Minidisks and other Software must be sealed and licenses unused.
Any 'Free Gifts' received with your order must also be returned.
You will receive a full refund, and the cancellation is free of charge provided you
return the products or contact us to arrange for them to be collected from the delivery address.
If you choose another method of return, you must bear the costs.
We cannot cancel your order when:
There is a contract for services with the product and you have started using the services
(this would include e.g. a registration to another company or subscription, or activated
Microsoft® Windows and Registered, but not an extended warranty service agreement);
The seal has been broken on any software including games; or the goods
were a special order to your specification.
Wherever possible we will respond to your individual circumstances.
There is a fault with your product within 12 months of delivery (or other defect with your order),
we will normally offer a prompt repair, exchange or refund. We will always offer you the choice of
an exchange or refund if the fault occurs within 28 days of delivery.

In otherwise 'as-new' condition; complete with any accessories and free gifts offered with it
(and the original box and packaging). If a fault occurs while you are abroad,
please contact us after you return to the UK.
This promise does not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear.
For consumable items (e.g. batteries and ink cartridges, etc).
The guarantee period is three months from delivery.
If a pre-recorded DVD, CD, Mini-disc or other software is faulty under guarantee we will
happily exchange it for the same title or refund your money.

All rights, including copyright, in this website are owned by or licensed to
Affordable Pc Solutions Ltd. Any use of this website or its contents,
including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal,
non-commercial use, is prohibited without our permission. You may not modify,
distribute or repost anything on or from this website for any purpose.
Accuracy of content
We have taken every care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular to ensure
that prices quoted are correct at the time of publishing and that all goods have been fairly described.
However, orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the goods
or their prices as advertised on this website.
All prices are displayed inclusive of VAT. If the price of the goods
increases between the date we accept your order and the delivery date, we will let you know
and ask you to confirm by e-mail that the new price is acceptable. If it is not acceptable,
then you will of course have the right to cancel your order. Any weights, dimensions and
capacities given about the goods are approximate only. To the extent permitted by applicable law,
we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy of the information
contained in any of the materials on this website and we shall not be liable to
any person for any loss or damage which may arise from the use of any of the
information contained in any of the materials contained on this website.
Damage to your computer
We make every effort to ensure that this website is free from viruses or defects.
However: we cannot guarantee that your use of this website or any websites accessible
through it will not cause damage to your computer. It is your responsibility to ensure that the right
equipment is available to use the website. We will not be liable to any person for any loss
or damage which may arise to computer equipment as a result of using this website.
Availability
All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as
possible if the goods you have ordered are not available.
Ordering errors
You are able to correct errors on your order up to the point on which you
click on “submit” during the ordering process, this will only apply once online ordering becomes available,

Payment terms
We will charge your credit account for payment upon receipt of your order
unless delivery cannot be fulfilled within 30 days.
We accept no liability if a delivery is delayed because you did not give us the correct payment details.
If it is not possible to obtain full payment for the goods from your account then we can cancel the contract
and or suspend any further deliveries to you. This does not affect any other rights we may have. Again,

Delivery charges
delivery charges vary according to the type of goods ordered and cannot be refunded.
Delivery
Please note that we are only able to deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom, but excluding the Isle of Wight,
the Isle of Man, the Scottish Isles, parts of Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Channel Isles.
We will deliver the goods to the address you specify for delivery in your order.
It is important that this address is accurate. Please be precise about where you would like the goods left
if you are out when we deliver. We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the goods once
they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions. We will aim to deliver the goods
by the date quoted for delivery but delivery times are not guaranteed. If delivery is delayed due to any
cause beyond our reasonable control, the delivery date will be extended by a reasonable period and
we will contact you to arrange an alternative time. Once again, this will only apply once online

Risk and Ownership
Risk of damage to or loss of the goods passes to you at the time of delivery.

of receipt of your goods (with the exception of any made to order items).

arising from death or personal injury caused by our negligence. These disclaimers and exclusions shall be
governed by and construed in accordance with English law. If any provisions of these

then that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not
affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
